Catch of the day !

Here is a piece i did of a fisherman almost nursing his catch like a baby. This is done in multiple things, plus photoshop. I also had to brand it with my logo which I have fallen in love with. I feel like it just adds something to everything I attach it to. Hope you enjoy.
Cheers.

Laughing matters

As you can see I tend to reference styles from movies. Im a media sponge.

love

I have a love for old victorian style or ornate details merged with modern elements. I guess this represents that, plus I think its lovely.
This is a new one with the genre-tell logo from my sketch book with a bit of photoshop. Who doesn't love some psychedelic chicks?

There are do gooders in NY

I had a very strange thing happen to me. Yesterday I was in the city to see the Armory show which was a decent event. Anyway before hand I was eating a burrito at chippotle and working on my computer, in a split second that I wasn't paying attention some ass clown stole my book bag. Which had allot of important papers to me. irreplaceable things, my sketch book and my mac book charger. I was bummed. Went on with my day, got a free bag at the show to now carry my computer in. I was at the ferry and got a call that a girl had found my bag and it was now in the bronx. All I could think about was how the hell did make that journey. Needless to say I took the ridiculously long travel to a sketchy part of the bronx where I met the nice girl who found my bag. surprisingly nothing was taken at all. not even the charger. And the do gooder said to me your a really good artist, if i lost my sketch book id want someone to return it to me. How freaking cool. She wanted to to be able to talk about it more in the future. And that was my weird day. Kinda wish I had an eye in the sky to see the journey my bag took without me. oh well, guess my stuff wasn't even worth the steeling lol. Jerk !

I went to an opening at the met this week. the show is on Italian immigrant guitar makers, like D'Addario. who came over to NY and influenced the evolution of guitars. It was really cool to see all the old tools they used and templates. Then there was a nice reception in the greek sculpture wing, open bar, horderves, and the mellow tunes of a slow jazz bad. The odd part was when I got a bit tipsy and the statues seemed as if they were eerily looking at me like a seen from devils advocate. kind of strange. But it was a really nice night.

Here is one I did of a girl drinking some hot coco because it was cold as F$%^*% this winter in NY.

Getting back into making some cool shit!

Ok so I have been away for two years and by away I mean lazy, so i am going to try to change my ways by posting the art i've been making but was just too lazy to upload. I think i'm going to start putting other things as well, maybe photos, inspirations, whatever.
